Our team, founded by Roger Adelman and Daniel Espinoza has an enviable reputation for developing bespoke, beautifully designed homes across London and the Home Counties.

Joel Adelman and Lee Espinoza have since joined the company, bringing with them a wealth of experience, passion and new ideas. Joel joined from Amirilan where he was project managing high quality residential building portfolios.

Lee is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and was a Partner at an independent property specialist in Central London. Collectively, this team of property perfectionists has more than 100 years of know how and experience.
